Public Information Act Requests

In accordance with the Texas Public Information Act (PIA), individuals have the right to request access to public records. The Act ensures transparency by allowing the public to obtain information held by government agencies.

To submit a Public Information Act request to Triumph Public High Schools, please follow one of the approved submission methods: 

1. Submit a request form through the TPHS by clicking submit a request below.

2. Submit your request via email at: public.info@triumphpublicschools.org 

3. By mail or in person at: 731 Fredericksburg Rd. San Antonio, TX 78201  

Response Timeline: After submitting your request, we will acknowledge receipt within 10 business days and respond as promptly as possible, based on the volume and complexity of the request.
